Preheat oven to 400F
Rinse and drain your chickpeas.
Thoroughly dry chickpeas with dish towel, gently rolling them between your hands. This step is really important to ensure that they get nice and crispy.
Toss chickpeas with avocado oil and sea salt. Lay chickpeas in single layer on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine paprika and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
Shake your baking sheet every 10 minutes to allow for even cooking.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and top with spice mixture.
Enjoy right away or store for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
