Chocolate Coconut No-Bake Energy Balls
These clean eating chocolate coconut no-bake energy balls are the perfect healthy snack!
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Ground Flaxseed
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbs Cacao Powder
- 1/4 Cup Honey Plus 2 Tablespoons
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl
Mix together until a sticky dough is formed
Roll into 1 inch balls
If balls aren't sticking together well, add 1 tsp of water at a time until dough is wet enough.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating
