Hi, I’m Jordan and I help moms who struggle to lose weight and who are stuck in the cycle of diet after diet. 

I’m a working mom myself so I know how hectic life can be. Also, I’m someone who has struggled with my weight most of my life.

I was overweight as a child, and since then I’ve had to work VERY hard to keep weight off.

If I veer off track even for a day, I gain 5 pounds.

Since my early teens, I’ve tried almost every diet imaginable. 

I’ve counted calories, I’ve cut out carbs, fat, exercised, but I kept ending up back where I started.

One day, I finally learned about clean eating and healthy food swaps and I ended this cycle forever! 

I learned how to improve my relationship with food and how to eat what I enjoy while still losing weight.

Hi, I’m Jordan Foster and I’m  a Nurse Practitioner, a Certified Health Coach, a mom of a toddler, and the founder of Healthy and Happy Mama, a resource for moms looking for guidance living a healthy lifestyle.
