I’m Jordan Foster and I’m a Nurse Practitioner, a Certified Health Coach, a mom of a toddler, and the founder of Healthy and Happy Mama, a resource for moms looking for guidance living a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve made it my mission to help as many busy moms as possible break free from yo-yo dieting and lose weight for good.
I help women learn to improve their relationship with food, stop counting calories, and gain knowledge over how to meal prep healthy meals every day. 
My method is simple and easy to integrate into your every day life.  I understand how busy moms are, so my goal is to help moms learn how to live a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing time with their families.
